The Format

Speakers
The event features 3-5 speakers who share their personal stories of failure. Each speaker has 7 minutes to talk about their most significant "fuckups" and the lessons they learned.
Storytelling
Speakers are encouraged to be open and authentic, sharing not only what went wrong but also the personal and professional growth that followed. These stories are often humorous, raw, and relatable.
Networking
